Social Anxiety Archives
Social anxiety involves feelings of fear, apprehension or worry when in social situations and a worry of being evaluated by others. Particularly common is anxiety over public speaking, performance, or interviews, but it can be experienced in any social situation. Social anxiety often produces physical symptoms such as sweating and blushing. It also usually results in social situations being avoided.
